Alumni Projects
The following are representative of the projects that our alumni are currently working on in the real world today.
The Dalian on Fairmont, Philadelphia
Brady Nolan (GRD' 12)
Shortly after graduating from the Georgetown Real Estate program, Brady Nolan left Bozzuto Development to help Dalian Development get up and running. One of Brady's first projects is The Dalian on Fairmount, a 293-unit luxury apartment highrise in downtown Philadelphia, which includes 85,000 square feet of ground-floor retail that includes a 55,000 square foot Whole Foods, a CVS, and medical facilities for the Jefferson Hospital System. An aging Best Western Hotel will be razed on the 2.9 acre site to allow the Dalian on Fairmont to proceed. The project includes 293 units, 271 parking spaces, a 35,000 square foot rooftop sky park with an infinity pool, heated cabana with televisions, outdoor kitchens with four grills, a fire pit, and a large green roof amenity. The project also provides more than 13,000 square feet of interior amenities that overlook the Barnes Foundation and Rodin Art Museums, Center City, Fairmount Park and the Schuylkill River.
